Conference venue
The conference will be held at Dokkhuset Scene, located in the heart of Solsiden, Trondheim’s lively waterfront district.

Where to stay
Trondheim offers a wide selection of accommodation options. We have secured discounted room rates at Scandic Solsiden, just a short walk from the conference venue. Upon registration, participants will receive a booking link to secure a room with the discounted rate. These rooms must be booked by March 23rd. Further information will be provided upon registration.
Getting here
Trondheim is easily accessible by air, rail, and road.
By Air
Trondheim Airport (TRD – Værnes) is located approximately 32 km east of the city center and is well connected to major European hubs. From the airport, you can reach the city center by airport express bus (Værnes Expressen), train, or taxi in about 30 minutes. The express bus drops you just a few meters away from the conference hotel (bus stop: Solsiden).
By Train
Trondheim Central Station (Trondheim S) is the main railway hub, and less than 1 km away from the conference venue and hotel.
By Car
Trondheim is accessible via the E6 highway, Norway’s main north-south route. Please note parking near the conference venue is limited and costly, please check with your hotel/accommodation for parking options before arriving.
