We are pleased to announce the 5th Nordic Winter Sports Conference Meråker, Norway on April 17-19, 2024

The purpose of this year's conference is to enlighten the topic of Training and preparation for the Nordic World Championships in Trondheim 2025.

This year’s program is a mix of presentations from world leading scientists, coaches and athletes in winter sport.

Registration and Venue

We welcome you to Meråker, Kirkebyfjellet and the Nordic Winter Sports Conference for three days. Register to the conference no later than April 2nd.

About NWSC

Mid Sweden University, NTNU and Nord University share a great interest in the scientific and practical aspects of winter sports performance. As a result, the three Universities have combined to present the Nordic Winter Sports Conference. The latest research and practical aspects optimizing the technique, endurance and strength aspects of performance will be highlighted for key snow sports such as alpine, cross-country, biathlon and ski-jumping.

The conference will also be an excellent opportunity for coaches, practitioners, athletes, and researchers to meet and interact with one another.
